“The Michaelangelo of Tacos”
Chef + Owner Rachel Williams (you can call her Ray Ray) arrived in Napa Valley with her family to fulfill a lifelong culinary dream of bringing breakfast tacos to Northern California.
After graduating at the top her class at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, Rachel worked on special projects at The Restaurant at Meadowood and The Charter Oak before launching her namesake pop-up in 2019.
Drawing from her favorite Tex-Mex flavors developed while living in the Lone Star State and the southern recipes that shaped her childhood in North Carolina, Rachel serves up a fresh take on tacos for her friends, neighbors, and guests visiting California’s Wine Country.
